Our cow herd is our factory. A 70-75 day breeding season ensures only the most fertile females remain in the herd. Alongside our walking bulls, an AI program has helped broaden the genetic base of our cow herd. Cows and heifers calve beginning the third week of January to the end of March. Fertility, sound feet, udder quality and fleshing ability are all strong qualities that we strive for in our cow herd. What we enjoy most about raising livestock is the continuing challenge of improving the quality of what we produce.
